In December 2019, Harry Parker, an outstanding person, a mining engineer, the greatest professional with a worldwide reputation and our great friend, passed away.
He made an invaluable contribution to the development of the Kazakhstani KAZRC Code and its adoption into the international CRIRSCO standards.
Harry supported the establishment of the KAZRC Association as well as the professional organization PONEN and was its honorary member.
